1.BOOKING AND PAYMENT
• Deposit is required to confirm the booking.
• Full payment must be made at least 14 days before departure.
• Payment can be made via our website including all credit facilities or EFT.
2.CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
• Cancellations made 30 days before departure will receive a refund minus the deposit.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable.
• If the trip is cancelled by Plus Fab Adventure, a full refund or alternative trip option will be provided.
3.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Participants must have a valid ID, passport (if not South African) , visa (if required), and travel insurance (For international Trips).
• Health and safety requirements, including vaccinations, must be met as per destination regulations.
4.GROUP CONDUCT
• Participants must adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms.
• Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
• Alcohol and drug consumption policies must comply with local regulations.
5.LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
• Plus Fab Adventure is not responsible for personal injuries, lost belongings, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political unrest.
• Travelers are encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance or ask the help from Plus Fab Adventure team.
6.ITINERARY AND CHANGES
• Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, local conditions, or unforeseen events.
• The company reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for safety or operational reasons.
7.SPECIAL REQUESTS AND ACCOMODATION
• Special dietary or medical requests must be communicated at the time of booking.
• Accommodation arrangements are based on double occupancy.
• Should you require single occupancy, Plus Fab Adventureteam will work out a different quote for your payment.
8.FORCE MAJEURE
• The company is not liable for changes or cancellations due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics.
• Should that be the case and third party providers pay refunds, all refunds will be paid back to you.
9.POPI Act
Both parties acknowledge and agree that, while entering into this contract and during the trip with Plus Fab Adventure, personal information will be collected, processed, and stored. The purpose of such collection is to facilitate the planning, organization, and management of the trip, including but not limited to accommodation, travel logistics, special requirements, emergency contact information, and any other details necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the trip.
• Sharing of Personal Information: Plus Fab Adventure may share the Traveler’s personal information with third parties such as:
✓ Service providers involved in delivering the trip (hotels, transportation, tour operators, etc.).
✓ Insurance companies for the purpose of providing coverage.
• Use of Photographs and Videos:The Traveler acknowledges that during the trip, photographs, videos, and other visual recordings may be taken by Plus Fab Adventure or its representatives. The Traveler agrees to the following:
✓ Plus Fab Adventure may use these photographs, videos, and recordings for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes, including but not limited to use on Plus Fab Adventure’s official social media pages, websites, and promotional materials.
✓ Plus Fab Adventure will share the photographs and videos with the Traveler for personal use, and they may be provided to the Traveler via email, downloadable links, or other means.
✓ The Traveler gives consent for the use of their image, likeness, and voice in these materials, without expectation of compensation.
10.GOVERNING LAW
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes shall be settled under the applicable legal framework.
