1. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items – all sale purchases are final
   
   

2. Delivery & Collection – courier delivery takes 2–3 working days after dispatch, or collect from our Pretoria Studio at no extra cost.

3. Cancellations & Exchanges – orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of delivery. We do not issue refunds, but you may exchange items for the same value.

4. Faulty Goods – if you receive faulty items, contact us within 24 hours for an exchange.
